One year ago tomorrow, I decided that I could submit to Christ without having all of my questions answered. I figured that the unbearable tension in my heart was evidence enough.

- "I recently moved to Springfield, MO from the Chicago area, and now find myself trying to find a church. This blog is a testament to that task." That used to be true! And it's so iconic to me that I couldn't get rid of it. The update: God helped me find a church, then he helped me find himself, then I got cancer and moved back home to Chicago-area. Then I fell in love and moved to Pittsburgh. And now I live there with my husband who is working towards being ordained, as I serve the city's homeless population, and watch too much Netflix. I'm a work in progress. I don't agree with every word I've ever written in this blog. God is always working.
